We are excited to announce our plans for the 2021 Spring AAU Season! 2020 challenged us in
many ways and we appreciate everyone’s patience as we navigated through and tried to find
opportunities. We are hopeful for a normal Spring Season, but we understand there may still be
many hurdles to jump over.
We have full intentions of following all necessary guidelines that are in place at the time of the
start of our season. We are not going to attempt to guess what those will be therefore we ask if
you have any questions or concerns to contact us directly. We will do our best to keep updated
information on the website as the next few months go on.
As long as we are able to, the plan will be to start the first week of March. Each team will have
one practice per week and will play a minimum of 5 weekends. Each team schedule will include
a combination of tournaments and game play. Tournaments are typically in Southern Maine so
some travel and a hotel stay will be required. We will block off rooms at hotels for those that
would like help finding rooms.
We ask that anyone interested in playing, registers online. There will be tryouts sometime in
February. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee placement of every player on a team. With the
limited number of players allowed in the gym, we will be taking the registrations and creating
time slots for players to attend to be evaluated. If you cannot attend the selected time, we will
find a spot in another time slot. Registration will be open until January 31st after which we will
begin putting the tryout groupings together.
